The Secret Santa reminders were mailed out this evening, which means after mail collection tomorrow, you should be receiving your instructions before the weekend (maybe not you Jill and Jeremiah - VT is FAR).

Please open your envelopes with CAUTION, as loose contents is contained in each. If anyone has questions regarding their Santa Scramble solution or what's expected of list return or EcoList replies, please contact me via e-mail: rootlindsey@yahoo.com.

Again, OPEN CAREFULLY and please notify your family members of the sensitive nature of this notice.

Secret Santa Reminders to be mailed next week!

Hello Family!

I'm sure you are all anxiously awaiting direction and deliverance of the 2009 Brittain Hill Christmas lists; but, first things first.

With the transfer of duties and promotion to Christmas Elf 2009 delayed by the surgery of a Brittain sister, AKA MeeMaw, and the impending birth of Elf 2008's baby - the stringent deadlines of name notification have been extended.

So, please look for a reminder in your mailbox in the coming week advising you of your Secret Santa. I will be using the blog again this year, for you electronically savvy members, but please assure your technologically challenged counterparts, that they will be recieiving direction via snail mail as well.

If you would like to save a tree and Elf 2009's pocketbook (stamps are expensive) and will forego the hard copy of your wish list, please reply to rootlindsey@yahoo.com with acceptance of the EcoList. Additionally, if you prefer list turn-in in the form of e-mail, it will save you time and money as well. These can also be sent to the above referenced e-mail address and will be posted on the blog upon receipt.

I look forward to servicing you as Elf 2009 and know I have BIG shoes to fill.
